Cap on Damages. Liability of Rich Roofing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rich Roofing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NY.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
